Grading Guide on Ex-lease Devices

Like New:

  • Product is mint and close to near new condition
  • Hard to distinguish or see any difference compared to new device.
  • Unit is 100% functional tested and passed,comes with warranty.

Excellent or Grade A:

  • Minor visible marks or minor scratches.
  • Low traces of usage.
  • Unit is 100% functional tested and passed,comes with warranty.

Good or Grade 2:

  • Visible marks and medium traces of usage.
  • Small chips or small dents at the outer edges
  • Minor Faded Keyboard Keys
  • The unit is 100% functional tested and passed, comes with warranty.

Acceptable or Grade 3:

  • Visible marks and scratches and minor blemishes
  • Visible Dings, small dents and chips.
  • Faded Keyboard Keys
  • The unit is 100% functional tested and passed comes with warranty.

✓ Due to Glossy finish of MacBook’s, Chromebooks, and Laptops it is very normal to have visible scratches. These can appear even on brand new units within a week of usage if not used smooth cloth or pad underneath or to cover. It’s very common to have small scratches and marks on ex-lease MacBook’s, Chromebooks, and Laptops

We use sophisticated software to test batteries, faulty ones are discarded in initial stages,allowing  ONLY healthy condition battery units. 

Warranty:

All our ex-lease or refurbished products in Like New and Excellent Condition units carry 12 months warranty (365 days) hardware only, return to base (RTB) warranty and Good and Acceptable Grade units carry 3 months warranty (90 days) hardware only, return to base (RTB) warranty. New products come with 12-months/1 year of manufacturer warranty as per terms and conditions stated by manufacturing company viz Apple, Samsung, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Etc. Warranty period starts from the date of invoice generated. If you have purchased additional warranty of 12 month to 36 months, then that number of months of warranty applies from the date of invoice generated. Any consumable items such as printer ink, cartridges, battery, power adaptors etc, software and operating system issues , liquid and physical damages will not be covered under any warranty due to nature of being consumed everyday usage.
