Grading Guide on Ex-lease Devices
Grade A:
- Minor or no visible marks.
- Low or medium status of usage.
- Unit is 100% functional tested and passed and comes with warranty.
Grade 2:
- Visible marks and medium traces of usage
- Small chips or small dents at the outer edges
- Minor Faded Keyboard Keys
- The unit is 100% functional tested and passed and comes with warranty.
Grade 3:
- Visible marks and scratches and minor blemishes
- Visible Dings dents at corners of the device.
- The unit is 100% functional tested and passed and comes with warranty.
✓ Due to Glossy finish of MacBook’s, Chromebooks, and Laptops it is very normal to have
visible scratches. These can appear even when devices brand new with just 1-2 days usage if
not used or covered by smooth cloth or pad underneath. It’s very common to have small
scratches and marks on ex-lease MacBook’s, Chromebooks, and Laptops

Warranty:
All our ex-lease or refurbished products in A Grade and Grade 2 devices carry 12 months warranty
(365 days) hardware only, return to base (RTB) warranty and Grade 3 carry 3 months warranty (90
days) hardware only, return to base (RTB) warranty. New products come with 12-months/1 year of
manufacturer warranty as per terms and conditions stated by manufacturing company viz Apple,
Samsung, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Etc. Warranty period starts from the date of invoice generated. If you
have purchased additional warranty of 12 month to 36 months, then that number of months of
warranty applies from the date of invoice generated.
