It works well runs well A-grade I though would have had the all little sticky pads on as it’s only got 1 and not so many scratches but it’s just cosmetic the number doesn’t bother us just thought I would note that.

I was a bit hesitant at the start for two reasons I brought this off marketplace, and it was an out-of-town purchase, so I was weary about it and I was also wary about buying a refurbished iPad, The service was great, they knew I needed it asap, so they put it on an overnight Courier for me and rang me and told me and I received at the very next day and I’m extremely happy with it and it goes really well.

Delivery and package was prompt. Contents different to package so a little confused as to what I was receiving. I thought I purchased a Laptop, turns out was a chromebook. In hindsight the chromebook is great it does what is suggested and is nice and light to carry around. Perfect for my child.

The purchase was quick and hassle free.
Don’t remember much of post sales communication, only to mention the purchase is complete and item has been dispatched.
If option could be provided where the laptop could be upgraded I.e more rams or sdd more storage.
Apart from that the postage and handling was quick.
Laptop arrived safely well packaged, had some cosmetic damage, base, where the power plug goes in, usb . There are marks on screen only visible when switched off.
Apart from that it is a good buy, and had an update to win 11. I am pleased with it.
The website is good when using desktop.
On the phone I had to use desktop feature.
For my next purchase “in future” I will consider 3C Tech first.

Great service. Needed two devices for our teenagers but couldnt afford new ones. Found two refurbished Macbook Airs at 3C Tech. Was a bit nervous about buying them online and sight unseen from a company I have never used before. Wasn’t disappointed. The computers arrived, packaged well and good to go. The charging cords were a bit grubby so had to clean them. The computers are in good condition and are working really well.

I received my refurbished MacBook very quickly which I was so impressed with . All correspondence via email was also excellent and I was given assistance via a phone call with a query I had as well . All fantastic customer service . My only small disappointment was the condition that I received the MacBook in . I had anticipated it would have been cleaned before being sent ,seeing it was a used item , which it didn’t appear to have been , so I needed to wipe the surface of the screen , keyboard and power cord considerably to have it presentable as a gift for my son for school next year .
